Andrea Bredow

Andrea Bredow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital enablement, corporate communications, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Capital Talent Marketing at UnitedHealth Group since August 2014, Andrea drives the vision and implementation of digital tools to attract and retain employees. Prior roles include leading complex digital programs as Associate Director of Corporate Communications and serving as President of the Junior League of Minneapolis, where Andrea successfully motivated 700 volunteers and oversaw the development of a strategic plan.
