Carin M. has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, having held prominent roles in major organizations. At UnitedHealth Group, Carin served as Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Affordability, overseeing the implementation of advocacy and case management products while using analytics to enhance population health strategies. As Director of Clinical Operations Medicare, Carin designed a national RN case management program for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Retail Clinics at Target, where Carin led the integration of Target Clinics, and Vice President of Community Health and Wellness at Minnesota Visiting Nurse Agency, providing strategic oversight for clinical services.
