Thomas Callan

Tom Callan is a member of the firm’s National Executive Committee, National Board of Directors, and Michigan Executive Committee, as well as the Managing Partner in charge of the Farmington Hills office. He is also the former leader of the firm’s National Construction Practice, where he has played a key role in developing practices and procedures to improve the delivery of professional services to construction companies.

Tom provides guidance on tax compliance issues, state and local tax planning, consulting services, business forecasts and projections, business valuations, and litigation support.

Tom is the former host and chairperson of UHY LLP Annual Construction Outlook. He has participated in numerous seminars, including “The Role of a Corporate Advisory Board” (Private Director's Association Seminar), “Valuations of Construction Companies” (MICPA Construction Industry Conference), and “Current Developments in the Construction Industry” (Michigan Minority Business Development Council Construction Industry Group). He also served a featured panelist for “Homebuilder’s Tax and Accounting Issues” for the AICPA National Construction Industry Conference.
