Lihi Chen is a Senior UX Consultant at UI - Human Factors Ltd. since August 2021, previously working as a UX Specialist. Lihi has experience as an Expert Diagnostician at Adam Milo, contributing to an assessment project for candidates in the Israeli Defense Service. Additional roles include Research Assistant at the University of Haifa International Programs and The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College, where Lihi led and assisted in multiple studies focusing on statistical analysis and task management. Lihi holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College.
