Despina Donca

Despina Maria Donca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital innovation, marketing, and operations. Currently serving as the Digital Innovation Manager at UiPath Foundation since April 2022, Despina focuses on empowering underprivileged children to navigate the digital landscape. Prior to this role, Despina co-founded Knot Capital, where innovative low-latency trading solutions were developed, and held significant positions at Accenture Industrial Software Solutions, managing agile software releases for a luxury car manufacturer. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding EngageApp and a marketing role at Tecknoworks. Despina’s early career features roles at Mars Petcare Europe and SABMiller, as well as leadership in student marketing associations. Despina holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bern and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Babes-Bolyai University.
