Huyen Dao has extensive experience in revenue operations and automation, currently serving as a Senior Revenue Excellence Operations Analyst at UiPath since September 2019, with a focus on optimizing order-to-cash frameworks and managing compensation data across the APAC region. Previous roles at UiPath include Revenue Excellence Operations Analyst and RPA Consultant, where Huyen designed and deployed automation workflows, enhancing business processes. Prior to UiPath, Huyen worked as an Assistant System Engineer at Fujitsu Global, developing and maintaining a Human Resource Management System for local government offices in Japan. Huyen holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Yokohama National University and has pursued additional education at Aoyama International Education Institute and Foreign Trade University.
