Jason Rosenberg

Jason Rosenberg serves as the Director of Corporate Development at UiPath, focusing on M&A, strategic partnerships, and corporate venture investments since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jason worked at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Associate in technology investment banking from June 2021 to February 2023, after completing a summer associate position there in July 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as an associate at Capital One in technology, media, and telecom leveraged finance from April 2016 to June 2019 and as a Customer Success Manager at MarketFactory, where Jason supported ultra-low latency trading solutions for foreign exchange markets from September 2014 to March 2016. Jason began his career in the GE Capital Financial Management Program, which Jason completed from July 2012 to July 2014. Jason holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University.
