Ashley Mintz is currently the Associate Director of Leadership Development & Community Engagement at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto. Prior to this role, she held positions in talent acquisition at Aritzia and Mejuri, focusing on sourcing top talent for both companies. With a background in human resources, Ashley has also worked in various HR roles at companies such as nobul, Universal Music Group, Spin Master Corp, and CI Investments Inc. She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Humber College and Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and European History from Western University.
