Senior Vice President, Community Capacity Building at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto

Hersh Perlis currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Community Capacity Building at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto since July 2024. Prior to this role, Hersh held the position of Chief of Staff at myBlueprint for a brief period in 2024 and co-founded and directed the Legal Innovation Zone at Ryerson University from September 2019 to March 2024, focusing on enhancing consumer solutions in legal services. Additionally, Hersh was a Part-time Lecturer at Lincoln Alexander School of Law from January 2021 to January 2023 and served as Chief of Staff at Deloitte Canada in early 2019. Previously, Hersh also directed the Legal Innovation Zone from December 2014 to December 2018, and worked as a Senior Advisor for the Government of Ontario from June 2010 to October 2014, providing strategic policy advice to various ministers. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Director of Development at CJPAC from September 2007 to May 2010. Hersh Perlis is an alumnus of Huron University.
