Yan Kerimov is a Senior System Analyst at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto since October 2019, responsible for providing L2 support to over 500 users and managing day-to-day operational activities, including handling over 200 incident and request tickets monthly. In addition, Yan has been serving as a SOC Analyst (Intern) at CyberWolfe since 2020, focusing on monitoring security alerts for potential malicious activity within a SOC environment. Previous experience includes serving as a System Engineer and System Analyst at Supra ITS from March 2018 to October 2019, and as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Toronto Division Copiers Ltd. from July 2012 to March 2018, where Yan managed technical support operations for Kyocera products. Yan's career began as an IT Desktop Specialist at BD Ltd. from April 2009 to July 2012. Yan holds a diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Seneca Polytechnic and has academic credentials from York University.
