Yurii Karpenko is a Technical Support Specialist at the United Jewish Appeal of Greater Toronto, serving since February 2023, where responsibilities include providing technical assistance, managing troubleshooting for various devices, and maintaining virtualization environments. Prior experience includes roles as Telecommunications Services Coordinator and Telecommunications Analyst with the Public and Business Service Delivery, where Yurii managed network performance reports, provided VPN support, and created analytical tools to monitor bandwidth usage. Yurii holds a Diploma in Computer Science from Georgian College and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kharkiv State Technical University of Agriculture.
