Kristin King

VP, Customer Success at UJET

Kristin King is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and sales management, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at ujet.cx since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kristin held various leadership positions at Windstream from 2000 to 2021, including Vice President of Kinetic Customer Success, where oversight included a customer success organization managing 11,500 clients and $150 million in annual recurring revenue. Additional roles at Windstream involved leading national field sales, inside sales, and account management teams with significant revenue impacts, as well as serving as Regional Director at PAETEC and McLeodUSA. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.
