Matthew Harrington, SPHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical account management and human resources. Currently, Matthew serves as Principal Technical Account Manager at UKG, providing technical support and account management to Kronos PLUS customers. Prior to this role, Matthew held various technical support engineer positions at Kronos Incorporated, specializing in Workforce Dimensions and HR/Payroll products. Matthew’s career began at Pioneer Bank, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Human Resources Generalist to Benefits Coordinator and HR Accountant, ultimately amassing over 18 years in HR and financial management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Siena College and an Associate’s Degree from Bryant & Stratton College - Albany.
