Norma Drummey

Norma Drummey is an experienced finance and systems consultant with a strong background in Oracle financial systems. Currently serving as the Lead Financial Systems Consultant at UKG since December 2018, Norma has previously held key roles including Senior Business Systems Analyst at Ribbon Communications and Senior Business Analyst at American Tower, where responsibilities included overseeing Oracle R12 Property Manager and Receivables modules. Norma’s expertise also extends to leadership positions at Genzyme and Stratus Technologies, focusing on Oracle General Ledger and Fixed Asset modules. Norma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from UMass Boston and an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Mass Bay Community College.
