Ruchita Maheshwary

Ruchita Maheshwary is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently a Principal Software Engineer at UKG since September 2018, Ruchita has contributed significantly to the Everything Benefits Project by enhancing integrations and optimizing performance. Previously, Ruchita held the position of Lead Software Engineer at NTT Data, focusing on integrating Workforce Ready with Workforce Dimensions. Earlier roles include Software Development Specialist at NTT Data, Module Lead, and Senior Software Engineer at PeopleStrong, Senior Software Engineer at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, and Associate Consultant at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited.
