Sheila Noel

Sheila Noel is a seasoned communications leader with extensive experience in employee engagement and corporate communications. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Employee Communications at UKG since July 2015, Sheila played a pivotal role in the company's $22B merger and CEO transition program. Previous roles include Senior Director and Director of Employee Communications at UKG, where Sheila led communication strategies for over 13,000 employees. Sheila has also held key positions at CHEP, overseeing global communications and integration communications during significant acquisitions. Additionally, Sheila is a Chief member, contributing to a network aimed at empowering senior women leaders. Sheila's early career includes marketing roles in real estate and technology, as well as service as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the US Navy. Sheila holds a Master's degree in Business from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College.
