Denys Krytskyi has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Denys has held various roles, including Head of Division of legal support for banking activity Legal Department at JSC Ukreximbank since March 2021. Prior to that, they were Head of Governance and Retail Business support division Legal Department at Credit Agricole Ukraine from February 2019 to March 2021. Denys also worked at Credit Agricole Group from May 2009 to March 2021, where they were responsible for developing internal regulations, providing legal support, and managing various contracts and agreements. Before joining Credit Agricole Group, Denys Krytskyi held positions at Commercial Bank "ARMA" and East Industrial Commercial Bank, where they were involved in developing internal normative-legal acts, providing legal support, and managing legal documentation.

Denys Krytskyi began their education in 2000 at BCTE, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Jr. Specialist Law in 2003. Denys then attended Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University from 2003 to 2009 and earned a specialist lawyer degree in Economic and Legal studies. Denys later pursued further education at the Institute of Banking Technologies and Business of the University of Banking from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Financial-Accounting Analysis. As for certifications, Denys has obtained certifications in various legal topics such as land relations, mortgage contracts, and the reorganization of banks.
