Oleksandr Kondratenko has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Oleksandr started their career at OJSC ASTRA BANK as the Head of a branch from January 2009 to March 2012. Oleksandr then joined Sberbank, where they worked as a Chief Manager from March 2012 to May 2018. Following that, they served as the Regional Manager of SME at Pervyy Ukrainskiy Mezhdunarodnyy Bank from May 2018 to March 2019. Afterward, they worked at OTP Bank as the Regional Manager of SME from March 2019 to August 2019. Oleksandr then joined Ukrgasbank as the Head of Small and Medium Business Sales Department, where they worked from August 2019 to December 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Programs/Sales Management of Medium Business at JSC Ukreximbank, which they started in December 2020.
Oleksandr Kondratenko attended Sumy State University from 2004 to 2010, where they earned a Specialist degree in Finance with a focus on general studies.
