Timur has extensive experience in conducting research on metal-organic frameworks, porous organic polymers, and their applications in gas storage, detoxification, and water purification. Timur has managed multi-disciplinary research proposals and secured significant funding from government agencies. Timur's expertise includes mentorship of research groups and the synthesis of functionalized organic ligands for MOFs.
