Richie Stephen is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the energy and environmental sectors, currently serving as a Senior Regional Standards Project Manager and Senior Standards Specialist at UL Standards & Engagement since January 2023. Richie's prior experience includes roles as Manager of Technical & Quality at Maxop Research and Testing Institute Pvt. Ltd., overseeing operations at a Solar Water Pump Testing Lab, and serving in various capacities at TERI - The Energy and Resources Institute, including Fellow and Associate Fellow focused on quality management in solar lighting. With a strong background in photovoltaic testing from the National Institute of Solar Energy, coupled with technical support experience at Bertelsmann Marketing, Richie holds a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Technology from IEC College of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida.
