Barry Kalian

Barry Kalian, PE, has extensive experience at UL Solutions, where Kalian has held multiple leadership roles since July 1990, including Vice President for Global & Strategic Accounts in the North America Region and Vice President for the Consumer Segment. Kalian has managed global accounts, driven business development for smart appliances and component innovation, and has been instrumental in developing a New Engineer Training Program. Prior experience includes various engineering roles and a position as a General Laborer at Lathrop Construction Associates, Inc. Kalian's educational background includes an MBA from Washington State University Vancouver and executive leadership programs from prestigious institutions such as The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Yale School of Management.
