Michael Winburn

Michael Winburn currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at uLab Systems, Inc. since March 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of VP of Finance and Accounting at Tyler Technologies from March 2008 until March 2025, alongside a brief tenure as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at MicroPact in March 2008. Michael earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Memphis, where studies took place from May 1998 to May 1999, and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the same institution, with studies from January 1994 to January 1999.
