Arian Bates

Arian Bates has extensive experience in both the climbing and environmental sectors. Currently serving as a Warehouse Associate at Uline since March 2018, Arian previously held various positions related to climbing, including Route Setter at Climbmax Climbing Center and Head Climbing Coach at Adrenaline Climbing and Escalade Rock Climbing. Arian's background also includes work as a Gutter Technician at Higherground Rainwater Systems, where installation and maintenance of rainwater systems were key responsibilities. Arian has a strong foundation in customer service and youth programming from roles such as Front Desk at The Swimming Hole and Youth Director at Second Congregational Church. Arian holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Johnson State College, completed in 2008.
