Megan Long

Megan Long is a User Experience Research Team Lead at Uline, where experience includes roles as a Senior User Experience Researcher, User Experience Researcher, and Associate User Experience Researcher from August 2021 to present. Prior to Uline, Megan worked at Sensata Technologies as a Technical Writer from January 2019 to July 2021, focusing on understanding products and maintaining documentation. Additional experience includes serving as a Usability Lab Assistant at the University of Minnesota, a Technical Writing Intern at The Toro Company, and a Customer Service Associate for Student Union and Activities. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from the University of Minnesota.
