Rion Weideman

Rion Weideman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital merchandising and product management. Currently serving as the Senior Digital Merchandising Manager at Uline since 2012, Rion focuses on enhancing the customer digital experience and developing curated product recommendations. Previously, Rion held key positions at Uline, including Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, where Rion was instrumental in establishing Uline as a leading distributor across various product categories. Prior to Uline, Rion spent over a decade at McMaster-Carr, progressing through roles such as Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, honing skills in product strategy and team leadership. Rion's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and Operations Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University, and participation in an International Business Study Abroad Program in Switzerland.
