Amanda Li is a highly experienced professional in the fields of software integration and data science, currently serving as Software Integration Manager at Ultima Genomics since July 2019, following roles as Staff Data Engineer and Data Scientist. Amanda's prior experience includes a fellowship at Insight Data Science, where cryptoeconomic simulation frameworks were designed to assess income inequality, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at ATOM Consortium, focusing on deep neural network models for pharmacokinetics. Amanda has also contributed as a Postdoctoral Researcher at UCSF, performing deep learning on drug-target binding affinities and mentoring graduate students in computational research. After earning a PhD in Bioengineering from UC San Diego, Amanda began a career that included positions at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and Intelligent Bio-Systems, Inc., where technical and laboratory skills were developed and refined. Amanda holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
