Eliane Trepagnier

Director, System Analytics at Ultima Genomics

Eliane Trepagnier has a diverse work experience in the field of biophysics and life sciences. Eliane is currently the Director of System Analytics at Ultima Genomics since March 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Berkeley Lights, Inc. as an Associate Director of Life Sciences from January 2017 to February 2017 and as a Principal Data Analytics Engineer from April 2016 to January 2017. Before joining Berkeley Lights, Inc., Eliane worked at Illumina as a Staff Engineer from June 2013 to March 2016 and as a Senior Engineer, Development from April 2011 to June 2013. Eliane also has experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University from January 2008 to March 2011. Eliane pursued their education at UC Berkeley, where they were a Graduate Student in Biophysics from 2001 to 2007. Eliane has also worked as an NSF REU Summer Student at UCSD in the year 2000 and as an Engineering Co-op at Abiomed from August 1999 to December 1999.

Eliane Trepagnier has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University. Additionally, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, but the degree and field of study obtained there are unknown.
