Will Scott

Will Scott currently serves as the Head of Sales for AI in the Corporate and SMB divisions at Zendesk, leading a significant shift from a $6M to a $400M business following the acquisition of Ultimate. In addition, Will is a Partner at Flexa, advocating for flexible working, and the Founder of KNOWN™ Club. With experience as the Head of Sales for Mid-Market and DACH at Ultimate, Will is also a founding member of the D2 Collective in London and has taken on various roles including investor at Freetrade and Elite Bistros, and a mentor at GrowthMentor and RevGenius. Education includes a BA in International Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Institute of Data & Marketing.
