Pete Marcell

Pete Marcell is an accomplished leader in global learning and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President at Ultra Clean Technology since June 2021. With a strong background in talent development, Marcell has successfully driven initiatives such as global learning needs assessments, succession planning programs, and performance appraisal processes. Previous experience includes roles at USAA, Samsung Austin Semiconductor, and Access Midstream, where Marcell established various training and development programs and led talent management strategies.
