Andreas Geiger is a Senior Signal Processing Engineer at Ultra Maritime since June 2021, where significant contributions include designing digital signal processing algorithms in MATLAB, developing embedded software solutions, and leading research initiatives that secured approximately $1 million in R&D funding. Previously, as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University from August 2016 to June 2021, Andreas was involved in the development of laser-scanning microscopes, resulting in a patent and multiple publications, while also obtaining $1.7 million in grant funding. Educationally, Andreas earned a PhD in Chemistry from Purdue University and a BS in Chemistry from Wheaton College, where also held roles as a teaching assistant and research assistant.
