Prior experience includes working as a Reliability Engineer at Martec Limited, a Product Engineer at Honda Canada Inc., and a CAD Engineer at Charlottetown Metal Products. McKenna holds an Executive MBA from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University and degrees in Industrial Engineering and Engineering from Dalhousie University and the University of Prince Edward Island, respectively.
