Laura Wilde serves as the Vice President of Quality at Ultra Maritime since October 2023 and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Women in Manufacturing Education Foundation since March 2021. Previously, Laura held the position of Senior Director of Quality & Mission Assurance at Aerojet Rocketdyne from November 2020 to October 2023 and was the Director of Quality for Industrial North America at STANLEY Engineered Fastening from September 2018 to November 2020. Laura's expertise in quality leadership includes a successful track record in implementing best practices, reducing costs of poor quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction across various organizations. Prior roles include Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager at Schneller LLC, Technical Manager at Americhem, and a focus on quality development in multiple capacities at Americhem. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and has received multiple awards for excellence in quality and customer service.
