Jessica Rios

Jessica Rios, M.A., is an accomplished User Researcher and User Insights Coordinator with experience at Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile since February 2022. Rios specializes in conducting user research, including surveys and usability testing, and has successfully designed surveys and presented findings to internal stakeholders. Prior to this, Rios served as a Program Coordinator at California State University, Long Beach, leading a research team to conduct needs assessments for undocumented students and facilitating trainings to improve support services. Rios has a strong background in data analysis and program evaluation, having also worked in various roles focused on communication, outreach, and student engagement throughout academic settings and nonprofits. Rios holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from California State University, Long Beach.
