Rona Lee

Rona Lee is an accomplished Sr. UX Researcher at Mint Mobile since May 2022 and a User Experience Researcher at Ultra Mobile since July 2019, where significant contributions include establishing Voice of Customer programs and leading various research initiatives that optimize e-commerce platforms.
