Jay Kuo is an experienced executive in the fields of business development and strategic advisory, currently serving as President of Ultra PRO International LLC since January 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing the manufacturing of accessories for sports collectibles and publishing tabletop games. Prior to this role, Kuo held various positions at McGladrey Capital Markets, including Vice President, focusing on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory in the chemical industry. Early career stages included roles at IDT Corporation in corporate development and at Young & Partners in investment banking, with a specialization in the chemical sector. Kuo holds a degree from Dartmouth College, obtained in 2001.
