Shawn P. Owens

Shawn P. Owens has had a successful career, starting their journey as CEO at Paso Robles Tank, Inc in 2000. In 2011, they joined Associated Construction and Engineering, Inc as the Executive Vice President. Currently, Shawn holds the position of CEO at Ultraflote Domes, Roofs & Seals, starting in 2022.

Shawn P. Owens completed high school at Paso Robles High School from 1983 to 1986, where they focused on Welding Technology/Welder. In addition to their high school education, Shawn has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they became an AWS QC1-Certified Welding Inspector #09110891 through the American Welding Society. In 2014, they obtained a General Engineering Contractor (Class A) certification from the California Contractors State License Board. Most recently, in 2015, Shawn acquired an ACCP Level II Inspector certification from ASNT (The American Society for Nondestructive Testing) institution.
