Jacob Rogers is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Founder and CEO of UltraLux Health and the Chief Executive Officer of Black Tie Agency since 2022, Jacob has demonstrated expertise in business development and strategic management. Additionally, Jacob serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Weber State University, contributing to the academic field since 2017. Previous roles include Chief Operations & Marketing Officer at Synergy Science and Director of Purch Labs at Purch, highlighting a strong background in marketing and content creation. Jacob's early career includes co-founding Discovery Kids and overseeing marketing efforts as a board member for Dahlia's Hope. Jacob holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Instructional Psychology & Technology from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Brigham Young University - Idaho. Currently, Jacob is pursuing a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University.
