David Ren

David Ren is the Director of Software & Algorithms at UltraSense Systems, where David previously held roles as Senior Software Lead Engineer and Sensor Algorithm Engineer. Prior to their current position, David was a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley in the Computational Imaging Lab under the guidance of Prof. Laura Waller. David has also gained experience as a Research Intern at Microsoft, an Engineering Intern at Instarecon Inc, and a Technology Analyst at Goldman Sachs. David holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
