Tomy Starck, M.D has an extensive work experience in the field of ophthalmology. Tomy served as the President & CEO at Ultravisión since July 2002. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at The University of Texas at San Antonio for eight years, from July 1994 to June 2002.

Tomy Starck, M.D has an extensive education history in the field of ophthalmology. Tomy obtained their Bachelor of Medicine degree from Universidad del Valle in Colombia from 1977 to 1982. Following this, they pursued further specialized training at the Barraquer Clinic from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained their degree in Ophthalmology. Continuing their education, they attended Harvard University from 1989 to 1991 as a Fellow in Cornea and Refractive Surgery. Finally, Dr. Starck completed their education at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Ophthalmology.
