Prior to this role, Harikrishnan held several leadership positions at Airtel from 2008 to 2018, including Head of Engineering for the broadband division and Head of IT for B2C Karnataka, where significant advancements in technology and operations were achieved. Earlier career milestones include serving as Senior Project Manager at Amdocs, Project Manager at IBM India, and Manager of IT at Idea Cellular Ltd, where Harikrishnan oversaw critical telecom IT operations and managed service implementations. Harikrishnan began a career in customer support engineering at CAD Systems, specializing in Autodesk software. Educational qualifications include a Professional Management Studies Diploma in Software Project Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
