Melcom Briy is a seasoned game designer currently serving as a Senior Game Designer at Umanaia since November 2023, after a significant tenure at Scavengers Studio from April 2016 to November 2023. During this time, Melcom contributed to various unannounced projects and designed gameplay for "Season: A Letter to the Future," focusing on non-linear storytelling, audience engagement, and improving accessibility through Unreal 4 Blueprints. Additionally, Melcom played a key role in designing and implementing game systems for "Darwin Project," fostering collaboration across departments and introducing innovative spectator involvement in gaming experiences. Melcom holds a Bachelor in Game Design from ISART DIGITAL Montréal and has a strong academic background in film, audiovisual communication, and engineering science.
