Stuart Pompel has extensive experience in leadership and project analysis within educational and arts organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Pacific Crest Youth Arts Organization since 2006, responsibilities include program development, grant writing, and cultivating relationships with stakeholders. Concurrently, Pompel has held the role of Senior Project Analyst for the Chancellor at Brandman University since 2008, focusing on dashboard reporting, faculty evaluations, and enrollment planning. Prior to these roles, Pompel worked at Chapman University from 1991 to 2008 in various analytical positions, including Special Projects Analyst and Assistant to the Budget Director, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and budget model development. Pompel holds a BA and Credential in Social Science from Chapman University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
