Brittney Keeton

Brittney Keeton is an experienced professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as Vice President and Talent Experience Consultant at UMB Bank since May 2015. In this role, Brittney drives key organizational talent initiatives and fosters collaboration between cross-functional teams within HR and across the company. Previously, Brittney held the position of Talent Acquisition Consultant, focusing on providing exceptional candidate experiences and leading talent-driven projects. Prior to UMB Bank, Brittney worked as a Recruiter II at Aerotek from September 2012 to May 2015, where responsibilities included identifying candidates' skills and understanding their career needs to match them with appropriate opportunities. Brittney pursued education at Metropolitan Community College-Blue River and the University of Phoenix.
