Ashley Parker

Ashley Parker is an experienced professional in higher education and workforce development with a focus on experiential learning and employer engagement. Currently serving as the Experiential Opportunities Manager at the University of Michigan since November 2019, Ashley has been instrumental in creating new learning opportunities for undergraduate students in the Liberal Arts & Sciences. Previous roles at the LSA Opportunity Hub include Employer Relations Manager and Employer Engagement Coordinator, where Ashley developed employer partnerships and conducted industry research to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices. Prior to joining the University of Michigan, Ashley contributed to Ulta Beauty as a Merchandise and Service Coordinator, and served as a College Adviser with College Advising Corps, aiming to increase access to post-secondary education for underrepresented students. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
