Sarah Salomon

Sarah Salomon is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in various roles related to recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Executive Director of People & Culture at the University of Michigan Office of University Development since September 2011, Sarah has held multiple leadership positions within the organization, overseeing a diverse team of over 550 colleagues across numerous departments. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Borders Group, Inc. from February 2007 to August 2011, where roles included Human Resources Manager and Recruiter, supporting corporate office departments and managing full cycle recruitment. Sarah's career began at Cydcor, Ltd. as an Administrator/Recruiter and included a foundation in retail management at Hollister Co. Sarah holds a B.S. in Apparel Merchandising & Product Development from Bowling Green State University.
