Terence Moore currently serves as Program Director for Engineering at Umicore Battery Materials Canada, overseeing the Loyalist, Ontario Battery Materials capacity project and future expansion studies. Prior to joining Umicore in February 2024, Terence held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble from September 2005 to January 2024, including Director of Global Material Development & Supply Organization for North America, where responsibilities encompassed raw material development and supply chain resiliency for the Feminine Care brands. Other significant positions included leading cost transformation strategies and global innovation processes, as well as managing packaging technology and risk management activities at multiple P&G sites. Terence holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and EPFL.
