Ummeed Child Development Center
Ronit Kumar Nayak is a dedicated social worker currently employed at Ummeed Child Development Center since June 2021. Prior experience includes internships at Project Burans Australia and Men Against Violence and Abuse (MAVA), as well as a research project with the U.S. Consulate General in Chennai focusing on the mental health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional internships at Children First India and the Micro Level Planning project at TISS, Mumbai, provided hands-on experience in child and adolescent mental health and services for children with intellectual disabilities. Ronit Kumar Nayak holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Odisha University of Technology and Research.
