Anju Purushothaman

Anju Purushothaman, FRM, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit risk management. Currently serving as Vice President and Credit Risk Manager at Umpqua Bank since September 2018, Anju has previously held roles including AVP and Credit Risk Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes Chief Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where responsibilities encompassed Basel II implementation and risk estimation, as well as roles at Clearing Corporation of India and State Bank of India focusing on credit and liquidity risk monitoring along with the development of credit rating models. Anju's academic background includes an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Center for Management & Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
