Carlie Blackburn

Carlie Blackburn has over 30 years of work experience, with the majority of their career spent at Umpqua Bank. Carlie started at Umpqua Bank in 2004 as a Payroll Manager and later became the HR Systems Manager. In 2014, Carlie Blackburn took on the role of SVP, HR Operations Director, where they managed HR Associate Services, with a focus on enhancing the associate experience. Prior to working at Umpqua Bank, Carlie Blackburn worked at Forest City Trading Group, Inc as a Benefits Administrator from 1991 to 2004.

Carlie Blackburn earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College, having completed their education there from 1987 to 1991.
