Carmen Danner

Carmen Danner is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning several prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at Umpqua Bank since December 2019, Carmen previously held positions including HR Manager at Audigy Group and Human Resources Partner at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included managing HR consulting projects and promoting employee development. Carmen's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where management of team staffing initiatives was key, and at Bank of Florida, where the establishment of a Human Resources Department was achieved.
